These are the simple terms that apply when you work with us, written so they're easy to follow. This document is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for individual legal advice.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply whenever you book or attend a coaching session or workshop with the trader identified in the Legal notice below.
By booking, you agree to these terms. If something here isn't clear, just ask us before you book.
Our services
We offer 1:1 language and transformational coaching, as well as workshops for teams. Coaching supports your own growth and choices.
Coaching is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and is not a substitute for it. We bring care and method, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome.
Booking and scheduling
You book your sessions through our Cal.com scheduler. After booking you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Please use a time zone and contact details that are correct, so your session arrives in your inbox without a hitch.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. The link to do so is in your confirmation email.
Within 24 hours of the session, or if you don't show up, the session is forfeited and remains due.
Fees and refunds
Fees are the prices published on the site (VAT included) and may also be paid in instalments, at no extra cost.
Refunds are given only where the law requires it, or at our own discretion.
Intellectual property
Any coaching materials, exercises and resources we share remain our property.
They are for your personal use only, and may not be copied, shared or resold without our written permission.
Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be brought before the competent Dutch court.
